지하 친교실에서 교육부 결산 및 예산안을 위해 모임을 가집니다.

결산은 올해 1월부터 11월까지와 12월을 모두 합쳐서 만들어주셔야됩니다.

11월까지는 실제 사용한 금액이고 12월은 전년대비로 참고하셔서 잡아주시면 됩니다.

내년 예산은 2020년 예산의 60% 선에서 만들어주시면 감사하겠습니다.

당일 미팅에 참석해주실 분들은 각급학교 교역자님과 부장님 중에 한분 그리고 회계담당입니다.

물론, 교역자님과 부장님 두분 모두 오셔도 무방합니다.

당일 참석시 결산서와 예산안 사본을 각각 1부씩 교육부에 미리 제출해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Hello everyone. 

On Sunday, November 29th, at 12:30pm, a meeting will be held in the basement cafeteria to discuss your account settlements and future budget proposals.

The account settlement should be organized from January to November with December included as well. For January to November, list the actual amount used, and for December, give an estimation based on your expenses from last December 2019.

I would appreciate it if you could make the next year's budget at 60% of your 2020 budget.

The people who must attend are those in charge of the accounting, and EITHER the pastor or manager of each school. So, in total, at least two people must attend. If both the pastor and manager would like to attend, that is fine as well.

It would also be greatly appreciated if you could submit a copy of your account settlement and budget plan in advance to the Dept. of Education when attending that day.
